SumBest may process account details you submit, uploaded media, linked media URLs, generated transcripts, generated summaries, and basic operational logs needed to keep the service running.
If you submit content to be transcribed, that content may be stored long enough to process, deliver, debug, and improve the service.
The main uses are delivering transcripts and summaries, operating search and retrieval features, preventing abuse, and measuring product reliability.
Operational vendors may process limited data when required to host infrastructure, analyze uptime, or deliver analytics.
Do not upload sensitive regulated data unless and until SumBest publishes final handling terms that explicitly permit that use case.
For deletion or policy questions, publish a dedicated support or privacy contact before broad rollout.
