Here I am doing an experiment for myself this year related to goals. I’ve been having a lot of conversations with advisors lately who are struggling to set clear goals. They have great revenue… what’s another 10% really going to do? They are having a hard time connecting deeply with the why behind the goals… since they are VERY happy with their business and their lives.
So today I want to offer up a different acronym for goal setting if you’re in a place where you need to mix it up and just need a different approach. This might be a fun addition to come along side some of your traditional business goals. Maybe you just need a shot in the arm to get your reinvigorated about your business?
