Most people don’t know what they want are very bad at knowing what will make them happy, for instance, fame, wealth and achievements have all been shown to not affect happiness. However, Dr. Waldinger reveals that relationships are the number one factor for keeping humans healthier and happier, this is because relationships make us feel that we are connected and that we belong in the world.
